The palace will connect to the rest of the development through a network of controlled pedestrian and vehicular circulation routes. The development will comprise of a 200 key Hotel & Spa, a marina with retail and apartments above, a beach club and the Sheikh Zayed Memorial promenade.
The majestic footprint of the Emirates Palace is an awe-inspiring structure with renowned legacy of luxury. The Palace will remain the main focus of the Emirates Palace Development. Special care has been taken in both design alternatives to shelter the Palace on either side with soft, landscaped buffers and to define an architectural language which compliments and does not compete with the architectural vernacular of the existing palace.
