The development in Abu Dhabi overlooks a broad waterway which separates Abu Dhabi Island from the mainland.  The site is approximately 900m long and varies in width from 80m to 130m.

The entire western boundary fronts onto an existing beach, which is divided in to six equal sections by seven rock lined groins. The southern boundary overlooks a 100m wide canal, which provides water access to inland properties to the east. The view to northwest is dominated by the majestic new mosque, which is still under construction.

The mixed use development will take the form of a low rise beach resort, comprising a 213 key four star hotel, 228 furnished apartments and a retail area, which acts as a link between the two main components, the hotel and the apartments.
